Taking care of your body and state of mind is just as (if not more) crucial as the long list of important things you would normally accomplish each day. Recharge and rejuvenate yourself and give yourself the break you deserve. Take time to care for yourself and restore your body, mind, and soul.

Balance: A Yoga and Wellness Retreat, is a two-day event that offers you the unique opportunity to reset and recharge your body and mind while learning about yoga, essential oils, and how you can bring them together to achieve whole-life wellness.
Attendees will learn all about:
• Creating a daily yoga, meditation, and breathing routine
• Using essential oils during yoga
• Deepening your relationship with essential oils
• Raindrop Technique®, a massage technique which combines unique, targeted massage and energy approaches with pure, authentic essential oils.

To get the most out of the event, please bring a yoga strap, two yoga blocks, and two yoga blankets, and your own Raindrop Technique oils. Halal tea breaks and lunch will be provided.

Ed Dailey

This retreat is designed by Young Living’s very own Senior Global Educator, Ed Dailey. As a nurse and longtime yoga teacher, Ed has a deep understanding of the transformative benefits of yoga. Ed has been teaching yoga since year 2000 and has been a practitioner for over 14 years. He has completed the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy program that was inspired by Donna Karan, Rodney Yee, and Colleen Yee and worked for 18 months at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City on the oncology and surgical floors utilizing yoga therapy. Over the years, he has been using essential oils to enhance his yoga practice. Ed is also passionate about teaching others self-care skills to create better healthcare around the world. Ed is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).

Tamara Packer

Raindrop Technique Master Global Trainer

Tamara Packer is a Master Global Trainer for Young Living. She is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in essential oil application. She worked at the Nova Vita Wellness Center in Ecuador for over six years where she was the Director of Therapies. She learned the Raindrop Technique directly from Gary Young (the founder of the Raindrop Technique). She has taught the Raindrop Technique on six continents and 22 countries. She loves teaching and sharing Young Living, especially the Raindrop Technique. She is also very passionate about helping people on their healing journey.

Charlene Tan

Charlene is a certified professional coach with the International Coach Federation. With over 500 hours of coaching experience, Charlene partners her clients to achieve breakthroughs in their personal and professional fields. Charlene believes that the world needs people who are alive and living their purpose. She is passionate in helping women discover their innate gifts and talents to serve their purpose. Her love and deep understanding of using essential oils for personal health and wellness have led her to incorporate aromatic coaching and good nutrition into her professional services.

Claudia Hofmaier

Claudia Hofmaier is a certified Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner and Instructor. She is also the Author of the book "Live your Dream" and has been using Young Living Essential Oils for 10 years. After many years in the corporate world she founded her own company in 2010 sharing her passion about Young Living essential oils and empowering her clients to take care of their emotional as well as physical health. She has found the Aroma Freedom Technique a wonderful process in helping her clients as well as herself. Claudia is a Young Living Platinum Leader.

Irene Cheng

Irene Cheng is an accredited nutritionist of Singapore who earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Nutrition from University Sedaya International, Malaysia. She is member of the Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM) and Singapore Nutrition and Dietetic Association (SNDA). With more than 9 years of experience as a trainer and public speaker, she has been engaged in health talks and seminars disseminating nutrition and health-related information to the public, corporations, health organizations and medical professionals. She was one of the keynote speakers at 2015 World Congress in Sports and Exercise Medicine (WCSEM) and 2nd Nutraceutical and Functional Food Asia Pacific Summit 2017. With vast experience in the healthcare industry, she has contributed numerous articles to local magazines and newspapers, and has been invited to radio interviews, media events and medical conferences across Malaysia and Singapore. Irene’s great passion in life is assisting others to live, look and feel their best at any age.

Karen Cornejo

Karen graduated with a degree in finance from De La Salle University and an Executive MBA from the Singapore Management University, and is an experienced sales and marketing professional. Always being caught up in the competitive and hectic lifestyle of the corporate world, she started practicing yoga in 2013 with the goal of managing stress and finding a balance that is vital to a healthy life. She took her practice further by completing a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training in Tirisula Yoga Singapore. She has since been blending her two complementing passions together, yoga and essential oils. Karen understands the importance and benefits of maintaining equilibrium in one’s life and is a great proponent of work-life balance and self-care, and has been spearheading programs and campaigns such as Young Living Yoga Singapore that allow others the opportunity to learn and embrace simple steps to life-changing wellness.
